Creo Interactive are seeking a New Business Development Assistant for our Cardiff based web development company.
The role combines cold calling along with long-term relationship building and networking which results in pitches for the management team.
We are looking for a person who can: • Develop relationships with prospects • Combine plenty of cold calling on the telephone (to start the leads) with developing long-term relationships with prospects • Carefully tailor targeting of prospects on the database, focusing in on our key market sectors • Manage and run our CRM system. • Manage our marketing materials & website, developing our credentials, sales letters, case studies etc. • Meet and greet clients when they visit our office.
The successful applicant will:
• Ideally have a solid sales experience (but not essential) • Be able to identify and target key opportunities • Have a good telephone manner • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Be self-motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative • Enjoy working in a small, dynamic team • Be passionate and enthusiastic • Have some knowledge of web related topics (preferred but not essential)
