James Good Limited is the collective name for a small team of intensely enthusiastic people who are driven by a shared conviction that successful design is not an accident.
Working in both digital and conventional media, James Good Limited combine bold originality with cool-headed business acumen to achieve consistent results. We offer graphic design services across most market sectors, with the emphasis on the ‘high end of small businesses’.

Whether constructing an identity from the ground up, breathing fresh life into a tired brand, or remaining sensitively faithful to an existing design, we help clients build their unique personalities, layer by layer - from the creation of identity and leading right the way through to websites, marketing literature, advertising, packaging and any other form of visual communication.
About the Role
James Good are now looking for a seriously talented and enthusiastic designer to join our team and play a part in the development and growth of our small agency.
We’re looking for someone with spark, that gets excited about the tiniest of details and someone that can demonstrate a genuine passion for design and everything it entails. We want someone that strives to be recognised as the creator of exceptional design work and someone that really understands the dedication it takes to be exceptional.
The right candidate will be someone that has previous agency experience, a good commercial awareness, an understanding of brand and someone that dreams of a career creating and developing brand identities.
You’ll need to present a strong portfolio that shows identities you’ve designed, either yourself or as part of a design team, and examples of how the identities were used in practice.
Our design studio is mainly Mac based. Experience in the following programmes is absolutely essential:
Illustrator
InDesign
Photoshop
