The nitty gritty is that we are on the lookout for web designer to work seamlessly with our award winning team.
Our client base is wide and varied so dexterity and the ability to breathe life into brands by creating great websites that ooze quality is key.
We hate clutter but do like the ‘Less is more’ approach, so keen eye for good clean design is important. What is of equal importance though is that you know what framework and functionality works best for a given target audience.

Asks would be:

• Able to convert a Photoshop comp to CSS-based XHTML layout without batting an eyelid
• Familiar with web standards and standards-based techniques, but know when to break the rules
• Thorough understanding of modern SEO techniques
• Social Media Savvy and already thinking of life after Twitter
• Always on the lookout for new innovative online solutions
• PHP, Smarty, MYSQL, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery – All of these are not essential but please
  do list your working ways on your CV

• CMS Websites for SME’s and beyond Wordpress generated sites
• E-Zines
• Email Campaigns
• Flash skills would be a bonus
