James Good is a corporate identity and branding consultancy, specialising in integrated business-to-business communications.

We currently have two awesome developers on team. Having recently secured additional contracts, we now require a third to join and spread the load.

Vacancy Summary
Job Title: Front-end & PHP Developer
Location: 10 St James’ Crescent, Uplands, Swansea. SA1 6DZ
This role reports to: Project Director, Kathy Whitehead
Remuneration Package: £18,000 to £24,000 (depending on experience and skill set)
Hours: Full Time – Preferably
Contract Period: Employed
Probation Period: 6 months

About the Role
James Good are now looking for another experienced and capable web developer to join our team and play a part in the continued development and growth of our consultancy.

We’re looking for someone that has a genuine interest in the web and the technologies behind it. We want someone that has a desire to develop websites to the highest professional standards and someone that really understands the dedication required to deliver the exceptional.

The right candidate will be someone that has previous experience, a good commercial awareness, impeccable communication skills and someone that would thrive in a small team where you will be responsible for the development and delivery of our web projects.

Our studio is mainly Mac based, although we do use PCs for some development, testing and debugging.

A good understanding and experience of SEO, web standards and accessibility are all an absolute must. As well as experience using Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Adwords.

You’ll need to present a strong portfolio that shows websites that you’ve developed, either yourself or as part of a development team.

We’re looking for someone that absolutely loves what they do and wants to work as part of a team to achieve great things.
