Middleweight Creative Team (Art Director and Copywriter)

Full-time Golley Slater in Cardiff

WE NEED CREATIVES. Golley Slater is Wales’ largest integrated agency, located in the heart of Cardiff city centre. We work with high profile public and private sector clients throughout the UK. And after a number of successful years, we’re in an exciting period of growth.

We want to hear from truly outstanding talent, with the portfolios to match. We’re not after average, we’re after the best.

You will work under the Senior creative team, but we do need people who understand how an agency ticks and can hit the ground running. You must be able to work both independently or collaboratively on projects.

We also pride ourselves on our friendly working environment, so it will help if you are a good egg too!

We are looking for a creative team who can help develop, as well as deliver, big creative ideas. You will likely have 2-5 years’ experience and perhaps even a couple of awards under your belt.

You might be an existing midweight team looking for a move into a larger agency with higher profile work. Or you may be an experienced freelance creative team looking for something permanent or a red hot junior team looking for a step up.

Whatever your current role, previous agency experience working on integrated campaigns is essential as well as a thorough understanding of the advertising industry at large.

If you’re not in an established team, we’re happy to meet talented copywriters or art directors seeking a creative partnership.

The most important thing is you must be full of ideas, with a book that demonstrate original thinking and slick execution across integrated channels. You need to be comfortable working independently or as part of the wider team.

Only applications with a portfolio will be considered. If you would like to apply, please send your CV and portfolio to Catherine Walters at [email protected].
