You will work under the Senior creative team, but we do need people who understand how an agency ticks and can hit the ground running. You must be able to work both independently or collaboratively on projects.

This is a great opportunity for a recent design graduate to cut their teeth on a huge variety of design jobs or a traditional artworker looking to join a more creative atmosphere.

Under the guidance of the Creative Directors, your primary role will be to look after our in-house marketing materials. This includes making our pitch documents look slick, ensuring our case studies and web visuals are up-to-date and coming up with ideas to push and improve our brand presence by producing attention-grabbing self promotional materials. Essentially, we have a very strong brand and need someone to be the guardian of it.

You’ll also be drafted in to support the wider team of designers, art directors, copywriters and artworkers to work on a rage of local and national advertising, PR, social and brand campaigns so you must be very organised and able to take direction. And as this is a fast-paced integrated agency, we’ll expect you to roll your sleeves up and help out as required on pitches, new business and tea rounds.

For this role you need a keen eye for detail and must know your way around the usual Adobe software.
