US Purple Buffalo are looking for a recently graduated Graphic Designer to work from our offices in Cardiff Gate. We are a young company having been established 2 years ago primarily to do in house digital and print design for our parent company RMTG. We specialise in logo design, branding development, website design and system development. Things are moving quickly though which is something you’ll have to get used to and we now have a variety of clients across a number of industries and so the role will be varied and challenging.

We need a sound, fun and friendly person who enjoys a bit of banter You must possess a willingness to learn & develop, be able to take criticism on the chin and have a real passion for design. Have excellent time management, be organised and have a keen eye for detail. Have a hunger for keeping up with design trends and possess the ability to communicate them with other team members. Have a well presented portfolio of work displaying a variety of projects. Be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Have an understanding of print and digital media. Possess an understanding of branding and consistency.

THE ROLE Working closely with our Senior Designer & colleagues overseas, you will create design solutions for our ever growing client base that have a high visual impact using your creative flair and up to date knowledge of industry software. You must have the ability to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that are of a consistent high quality and delivered on time, to budget and that meet business objectives. Working hours are MON - FRI 9am-5pm with a degree of flexibility required as and when your workload demands it.
