Senior Designer

Full-time Monddi in Pembroke

One of Wales’ leading and most established design consultancies is looking for an experienced design lead person to run a great little team in a beautiful part of the country, close to the sea and surrounded by the Pembrokeshire National Park. There are a huge variety of outdoor pursuits on the doorstep, including the annual IronMan event, international surf, cycling competitions and various marathons. The county is also known as as great ‘foodie’ destination, with an ever-growing city exodus of people setting up their own businesses in both the food and tourism industries.

We are looking for an experienced, creative, driven person to represent the company’s brand values and deliver our business objectives to a extensive client base. We work across a wide range of media - from print, branding, digital, packaging, signage and exhibition work. Finish the day at 4.30 pm when the sun’s still out with nearby beaches and countryside to explore and little traffic to hold you up are definite positives to making that move.

As we’re a small team, you’ll have a big say in what we do and how we do things. We like to build long standing working relationships with clients - it’s very personal here. We listen and to speak to our clients and they love this. It’s how we’ve grown and gained our reputation for not just great design but also great service.

Job Role:

  • Passionate and highly creative: having a genuine interest in current and imerging design trends and technologies.
  • Attention to detail, work to budget and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the latest graphic design software (Adobe Suite) and digital IT technology.

The Person:

  • Appropriate qualifications in graphic, print and web design supported by a comprehensive portfolio of current work.
