A junior designer will be ready to develop their existing skills by working with senior creative staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects.

You will need an understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction will be needed to help the team produce the best work possible.

You’ll be using these tools every day, so you’ll need to already have a good working knowledge of them: • InDesign • Illustrator • Photoshop • Flash • CSS

You’ll be confident enough to contribute to the creative projects and will bring new ideas and talk about new trends.

The typical working week will see you: • input to creative meetings and sharing ideas • produce your own designs for all media • work with senior team members • liaise effectively with clients and the team

Skills required - we are full service, so you’ll need a wide range of design and creative capabilities. These include: • Strong communication skills • Adeptness with leading design software packages • A determination to achieve and succeed • Some creative industry experience • The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure, team-based environment • Consistency approach to all work • Good organisational skills • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve

Sometimes a junior designer may need to work hours that aren’t typical, so a flexible approach is needed to get the best from the job.
