We're a full service digital agency looking to add to our brilliant team with the recruitment of a talented frontend developer. The perfect candidate would be ready to work in a fast paced, fun environment, where collaboration between the teams is key to our success.

Whether you have been in the industry a while or you are looking for your first break, we are searching for a unique skillset that combines both a creative edge with a bulletproof technical ability when it comes to writing code. This will enable you to work closely alongside our design team in order to create compelling user experiences.

The role will see you involved in the entire frontend build of a project - meaning that you can really take pride in crafting the finished product. As a result, experience in building with any CMS such as Umbraco or Wordpress would be favourable, although our team is well positioned to upskill the right candidate.

The ideal candidate:

• Immerse yourself in the digital industry – enthusiastic about good design and new tech
• Good eye for detail – have a pixel perfect perception and take pride in your work
• Robust technical ability and understanding of key programming concepts
• Continually looking to improve yourself and the team around you

Essential skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Solid experience with JS/jQuery/AJAX
• Knowledge of responsive design
• Experience with a grid system (eg. Twitter Bootstrap)
• Keen eye for detail and a desire for quality
• Understanding of web accessibility guidelines

These skills will make us want to meet you even more:

• Expertise with a programming language (eg. C#/PHP)
• Experience building with a CMS (eg. Umbraco/Wordpress)
• Effective use of SASS and build tools (eg. GULP)
• Understanding of BEM methodologies
• Knowledge of a templating language (eg. Razor/Twig/Handlebars)
• Experience with javascript frameworks (eg. React/Vue)
• Robust use of GIT version control
