We’re looking for an experienced Digital Designer to join our Marketing team!

As we scale our online presence and continue to grow (Officially the Fastest growing company in Cardiff) we are looking for a Digital Designer to work with our marketing team on campaigns surrounding our brand and services. A big part of the role includes owning our social media accounts to drive organic traffic to our site with amazing, engaging, creatives working in collaboration with our content manger.

First and foremost you’ll have a passion for digital marketing and creating online conversions! You’ll be able to turn complex briefs into superbly executed creatives that can be used across a wide range of online channels.

You will lead your own and manage projects from initial brief to final developed output, often working to tight deadlines. This will include briefing sessions with various teams within the business, brainstorming, creating mock ups, running critique sessions, leading presentations, collating and acting on feedback, creating final visuals and more.

Development and execution of various marketing campaigns as outlined above, while working side by side with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing.

As a Digital Designer you will be responsible for:

Email campaigns, display advertising, social media design as well web design creatives for our (landing pages, homepages, custom content, blog posts and site design) & creative to support marketing automation. You should be a split testing superstar and have a keen eye for optimisation opportunities.

Various web page content such as homepage design and layouts (Strong HTML & CSS knowledge)

With Regards to technical ability, you will have an outstanding knowledge of: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premier Pro, HTML, CSS & GIF animation and Office 365 software.

Salary £20-£25k Dependant upon experience
