Digital Project Manager

Full-time WebBox in Cardiff

WebBox is looking for meticulous and organised Digital Project Manager to join our growing team: https://www.webbox.digital/en/page/careers

The role will include the following:

  • Plan the team's workload and deliver the day to day delivery of projects.
  • Ensure that we deliver the project's specification
  • Prepare quotes for new work
  • Attend client meetings and conference calls
  • Support client queries
  • Undertake CMS Training with new clients. An understanding of CMSs would be a benefit, but not essential
  • An ability to stand back and look at the big picture, in order to suggest refinements to our process
  • Keep the office running smoothly

The role is considered a vital part of the company, as you will likely be the point of contact for most clients and the 'first face that they see'. To this end, we are looking for someone that has:

  • Previous experience in a similar or related role
  • People skills and enjoys client facing work
  • A desire to go over and above to deliver our client's requirements

Further Details:

  • 36.5 hours per week
  • Full time, permanent contract
