The New Directions Communications and Marketing team is expanding and we are looking for a Graphic Designer to help redefine, reinvigorate and strengthen the delivery of our brand story to new and existing customers (clients, candidates and employees). This is a pivotal role within a lean and dynamic team and offers a wide and varied scope to make a huge impact in delivering our vision.
You will be joining a dynamic team of expert marketeers all bringing their A-Game with a mission to drive engagement, brand awareness and loyalty and to ultimately deliver against business objectives.

Key Accountabilities
• Re-define and develop visual brand identity and guidelines including producing a ‘brand bible’
• Deliver consistent, on-brand identity across all channels
• Brand guardianship and adhering to style guides
• Produce high quality design output across multiple platforms
• Web Design to include websites, microsites, user interface design and UX knowledge
• Creation of Social Media assets to include creative contribution to campaign ideas
• Design and delivery of print collateral including knowledge of print processes including large format and out of home
• Digital Marketing producing assets for display advertising
• Email design working within email best practice
• Digital content creation - including video, motion graphics, blog, features, hubs
• Design workflow - responsible for meeting deadlines, stakeholder management
• Efficiency planning – make recommendations for continuous improvement to efficiency
Person Specification:
• BA Hons in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications or Design
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as standard)
• Experience of brand guardianship; brand-savvy with proven experience and a portfolio
• Creativity with a flair and passion to innovate in design
• Confident communicator especially with regards to stakeholder management and response to brief
• Ability to work at pace to brief and make sound brand judgements and decisions
• Knowledge of digital design best practice to include websites, microsites, user interface design and UX knowledge
• Social Media experience with creative campaign ideas
• Knowledge of print processes including large format and out of home
• Experience of Digital Marketing including working knowledge and experience of designing for Digital Marketing platforms
• Experience of email design including working knowledge and experience of email best practice
• Experience of image management and manipulation
• Experience of CSS and HTML experience (eg.Dreamweaver) desirable
• Experience of Video production including Premier Pro, After Effects is desirable
• Wordpress experience desirable
• Portfolio to be provided on application
