We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented Junior Product / Graphic Designer to join a young vibrant team of an expanding successful business.

Morgans Consult is a well-established brand implementation and signage company who design, manufacture and install a wide range of bespoke products allowing us to provide a turnkey solution for clients that intend to re-brand, enhance or modernise their brand image. Clients include BBC, Cardiff City Football Club and various universities and public sector clients.

The role will involve working as a junior member of the in-house design team producing artwork for manufacture, print, vinyl graphics & digital. Following brand guidelines and ensuring consistency & accuracy across work produced for production.

The ideal candidate will have experience across Illustrator and Photoshop and will be comfortable with working a variety of software.

Essential skills:

• A Graphic or Product design degree

• Exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

• A strong aptitude for technical design and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Good time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects of varying complexities

• Experience with SEO & digital marketing would be desirable

Working hours: 42½ hours per week Mon-Thurs 8.30am – 5.30pm Fri 7.30am – 16.30pm

Salary: Meets National Minimum Wage
