Concrete Canvas has won multiple awards, most recently a Queen’s Award for International Trade. The company began at Imperial College and the RCA where the two founders invented the core technology over 13 years ago. Since then Concrete Canvas has grown very rapidly and last year was fortunate to win a Lloyds Bank National Business, Samsung Innovation Award. Concrete Canvas is now providing material to customers in over 80 countries.

The company is currently at a very exciting stage in its evolution: it is still a small team (around 60 people) but is growing very rapidly, generating substantial resources and investing heavily, while preparing to continuously grow.

The core technology is still at a very early stage with extraordinary potential to both improve the existing products and create new solutions.

There is a considerable amount of flexibility and scope in this role, potential areas are: Creating Digital Content, various design tasks such as generating print-ready artwork (experience with Adobe InDesign is essential), re-organising our current Media Library, assisting with tradeshow prep and helping to grow our social media presence.

• Interest and skills in Design & Marketing, including the use of core Adobe CC applications - Essential
• Interest & Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and sponsored content - Essential
• Knowledge of Google AdWords & Analytics - Desired

Placement length - 8 weeks minimum. The ideal candidate will be an undergraduate, as this is a fixed-term internship, who is located within South Wales, in order to commute with ease. The internship does not have to be full time, with an estimated start date of Jan/Feb 2020.
