We’re looking to recruit a Software Developer to join the team and support our IT Manger in growing the Software Development Team.

As a team member you will be a competent software developer who will lead the development, management and the communication of all aspects of the development process to ensure our services remain current and best in class. You will continually stay up to date with changes in, and communicate appropriately, all relevant industry standard changes, as well as all changes within the technologies used in the development of our products.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert professional advice on current development practices

Develop and collaborate on policies, strategies and implementation of the organisations software development team

Provide software design and support to all aspects of the team

Help us work towards becoming ISO:27001 certified and gain and maintain other security standards

Support the Technical and Operations Teams in specialist, expert advice wherever required

In return the organisation offers a competitive salary in the region of £25k-£38K dependent on experience as well as clear opportunities for development.
