I need a competent web developer to build my website (design work is being carried out by someone else). As the business is new I am unable to pay a full fee but will reward you for your efforts in a few months time. I appreciate that no one wants to work for free so I am willing to pay you £150 to begin with as a good will gesture. Because of the lack of finance and pay, this work would suit a student or someone who is looking to expand on their portfolio. If I am happy with your work you will be used in future, the project has high earning potential and so this could turn into a permanent position in several months.
I estimate that the site could be completed within a week if a few hours a day were dedicated to the project.
