Then read on, as you may be the right person for CR ….CR Design is a fast growing Design Agency and we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to grow with our team. Our primary client base operates across the B2B and B2C areas in particular education, public and commercial sectors. As an integral member of the team you’ll tackle integrated marketing campaigns head on, providing operational and tactical campaign management; ensuring brand values are maintained and impeccable service levels are adhered to, whilst also diligently managing finances and budgets and producing financial information to enable forecasting.

Campaigns and one off projects will be targeted across a variety of sectors and will encompass the full mix of channels including outdoor, media, online work and DM, so your experience working across these sectors is something that we’re looking for.

To be considered you’ll be an accomplished Account Manager with a minimum of 4 years experience of working within an integrated marketing / communications agency and be ready to take that step to a senior role. You will be adept in nurturing client relationships at every level, face to face and remotely. You’ll be strategic, always questioning and unafraid to push back on briefs when needed.

You’ll also be hands-on, seeing projects from concept to delivery, with a great eye for the finer detail and deadline driven to ensure timely delivery for all projects. In return you can expect a salary reflective of your experience.

The scope of the role involves:

• Responsibility for managing day-to-day client projects including website updates, managing the creative development and execution of digital advertising and email programmes as well as getting involved in the planning of seasonal events and longer term projects.

• Play a key client-facing role that combines building client relationships delivering traditional and digital campaigns (mobile apps, emails, microsites, banner ads etc.) as well as one off projects.

• Consider potential areas to develop new business – online networking; direct mail, face-to-face networking; viral marketing, exhibitions etc.

• Recognise and target specific industries to achieve new business development opportunities The right candidate will have:

Strong account management skills (ideally gained within retail or an agency environment);

A genuine passion for digital;

Excellent communication skills (written, face-to-face, telephone);

Excellent people management and organisational skills;

Independent problem solving skills; flexibility to meet tight deadlines;

Attention to detail, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
