BNKR is an established Cardiff based hair & beauty retailer with a track record of explosive growth. Our brand and products reach customers worldwide and have gained a cult following amongst beauty editors and celeb stylists. We’re a small, driven team always trying to find new ideas and keep things fresh.
We would like to step up our branding and graphic communication efforts from ‘so so’ to ‘on point’. Therefore, we are on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer with an eye for detail, experience with a broad range of mediums and the ability to Art Direct. In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall design direction of the business and will be required to work across multiple channels and mediums. Developing and contributing to our brand identity through graphic design for ecommerce, marketing, branding, photoshoots, video and product packaging will all be part of this role.
Seeking designers who will understand our customer and ecommerce experience, with clean, playful and sophisticated design aesthetics. Looking to see portfolios of designers with relevant work in the art, fashion, branding or e-commerce realm. New graduates OK. The position is currently open, the right person could start tomorrow.
You will need strong organisational skills, the ability to turn your hand to different mediums and a yearning to keep things fresh.

In the role you will …
- Design, layout and execute online projects related to front page, blog, landing pages, social media, marketing projects and more.
- Weekly banners, promo ads.
- Contribute to the branding and redesign of product packaging.
- Design of in-house branding projects.
- Work with our marketer and copywriter to create content which is visually relevant, engaging, inspiring and on brand.
- Lead photographic and video based content
- Additional ad-hoc projects as required (e.g: photography and video).
You … – Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience. New graduates are OK: either you “get it”, or you don’t!
- Expert knowledge of softwares such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc Final Cut a big plus as we would love someone with an aditional keen interest in video production or editing!
- Experience in the online world of ecommerce or web sites
- Excellent clean design skills
- Organised and proactive!
- Interest in photography, video and re-touching a big plus!
