Full-time CREO - We Deliver Digital in Cardiff

We are looking for a highly ambitious Digital New Business Manager who can work closely with the existing team to grow our client base in Cardiff and the South West.

We have a clear growth plan for the next few years and need someone onboard to help take us there. The position is suitable as a part time or a full time role.

We are a full-service digital agency based in Cardiff. We offer a wide range of digital services to our clients all under one roof. We work with a variety of clients, from SME's through to large multinational organisations.

The main duties of Digital New Business Manager are as follows:

  • Create a significant pipeline of new business leads to assist the agency in achieving their new business targets.
  • To develop new clients and research, generate and follow up leads right through to the close.
  • Maintain a consistent new business process/ strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales
  • As a key member of the company, your presence will be required at certain events and trade shows.


Essential Skills:

  • Digital/ Branding agency new business experience
  • Strong understanding of the Creative, Digital and Marketing industries
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to know when to pause and bring in others for support in technical areas, especially in meetings.
