Our rapid development lifecycle is agile and market-focused. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a detail oriented "hands-on" Front End Developer position. The qualified individual should have strong coding skills and a sound knowledge of all aspects of general user interface design principles and user experience. The candidate for this position must also have strong planning, organization, communication skills and analytical skill sets. You must have a genuine passion for UI and Application Development and have previous UI Development experience within a commercial environment.. Key responsibilities

• End to end design of projects that focus on a user-centred design approach • Selection of UI Frameworks, selection of tooling, defining coding standards as well as design / implementation and testing of features. • Work with product teams to grow early concepts into engaging user experiences • Conception and creation of design solutions that address both primary user goals as well as business goals • Adeptly handle changing priorities throughout a product life cycle • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives • Demonstrated knowledge of information architecture, interaction flow, user interface and visual design • A solid understanding of application design principles and best use of current technologies and scalable dynamic user interfaces

Knowledge and Skills • 3+ years of professional experience creating solutions for multi-channel projects as a front end developer • Experience working with an iteration based development process such as scrum is desirable • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to analytically defend your design decisions • Strong coding especially JavaScript & CSS • Strong organizational and analytical skills; high attention to detail
