What we are looking for from you.
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated with a desire to solve problems. You’ll be passionate about your work. Not satisfied just to maintain your current knowledge, you will have an appetite for personal development. We will expect you to challenge your colleagues and aim for constant improvements for you, the team and your clients.
Core skills:
- CSS – whether it’s with Sass or Less, you’re able to interpret visuals into code with an eye for detail and interaction.
- HTML – the ability to create semantically structured markup and class names (BEM, OOCSS, etc.) in a maintainable fashion.
- JavaScript – strong programming fundamentals and understanding is more important than your knowledge of jQuery.
- An appreciation of design and its importance in the work you produce.
- Awareness of how your ideas and work affects the wider project, both good and bad.

How we work: We look to constantly progress our skills and technology choices. We currently use ES6, Sass and Grunt; with ongoing adoption of Webpack, React, post-css and others. We value elegant, quality code with an emphasis on scalable architecture. Rather than implementing designs in a vacuum, we believe in a collaborative process to create something of greater value. Sharing knowledge is key. We work and learn together to improve as a team.
