Bursting with ideas, you’ll create engaging design solutions and industry leading interactive concepts, on a wide range of digital projects, working with some of the biggest names within the higher education, membership, finance, commercial, travel & leisure, government and third sectors.

The role

• Create engaging digital design solutions and interactive concepts through to delivery, across multiple platforms
• Understand the needs and desires of your audience to define, capture and document customer requirements and generate fresh creative and concepts
• Work closely with internal project teams on all aspects of strategy, design and creation
• Create pitch designs and concepts for new business presentations, tenders and proposals

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience as a digital designer in a digital agency
• Solid brand understanding and how to expand them into the digital sphere
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to communicate these through sketching, storyboarding, and final artworking
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of clients and sectors
• Expert knowledge of Adobe CS suite
• Understanding of UX wireframes and prototyping
• An understanding of the possibilities and limitations of HTML/CSS
• Comfortable working collaboratively with clients, users and developers to produce detailed designs and working prototypes
• Able to present design with confidence, clarity and enthusiasm
• Desire to mentor junior designers and share knowledge
• Confident working on multiple projects delivering work from start to finish
