You'll be working on a range of projects - some internal to help our technical team work more efficiently, some to help our customers manage services more effectively and some custom software projects for our service provider customers. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement solutions
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Work as part of a team to realise the finished design in the product
• Involvement with the front-end development of software products
