Full-time Icon Creative Design in Newport

Recently voted one of the top 35 creative companies in Wales by the Western Mail and fast approaching our 20th year it’s an exciting time to join the Icon team. Currently undergoing a brand refresh and launching a new website very soon we are looking to expand the creative team.

You will have 2-4 years of agency experience, the ability to write and strong creative skills.

You are a confident, strategic thinker who has the ability to research, plan and craft memorable designs.

You enjoy reading and have excellent written and presentation skills.

You will need to understand brand and be adept at bringing it to life across multiple touch points. Within your role you’ll be exposed to a variety of opportunities and will be required to use your creative skills within a team environment to deliver some excellent creative thinking.

You’ll be expected to attend brainstorms and be able to develop concepts that are both creative and suitable for client needs. With strong attention to detail, you’ll be able to produce pre-press and digital artwork when needed as well as having the ability to produce beautifully crafted designs across digital and print.
