We’re looking for talented and driven Software Engineers to join our growing product team at our Cardiff-based startup, Properr.

We're looking for candidates with broad experience across the entire software development lifecycle, and deep experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Back-end application development in PHP on Linux, using object-oriented design patterns and a lightweight open-source framework.

• Cross-browser front-end development with AngularJS, HTML5 and SASS.

• Database engineering with document-based data stores and Elasticsearch.

• Management of high-availability, scalable Linux server infrastructure in Amazon Web Services using an automation tool such as Ansible.

The ideal candidate(s) for our vacancy will need to be dependable and able to learn quickly. Prior experience working within a software team in a commercial environment is highly desirable, but not essential if the required skills and working attitudes can be demonstrated. Likewise a relevant degree may be helpful, but we’re more interested in your knowledge base and understanding than your qualification.

Desirable:

Experience of delivering commercial software • Experience of working within PropTech

Salary: £30-40k (depending on experience)
