Web Designer, Central Cardiff £40,000

I have a great role for a Creative Web designer to join my market leading client based in Central Cardiff.
The role will involve working a alongside the existing team on new projects and producing well documented designs in accordance with their design and development methodology, with an awareness of the integration with the software.
Looking for someone full of ideas and creativity you will be given the autonomy to come up with ideas and advancements for their products.
You will be working on existing designs for IPTV Middleware and websites, so not your usual web design role but an exciting challenge for someone looking to use their web design skills and get involved in a new and exciting sector .
Essential Skills
• At least 2 years experience of working with HTML/XHTML, CSS
• A strong sense of design
• Fluent ability to use Photoshop and illustrator
• Good communication skills (both written and oral), strong analysis skills, creativity, self-motivation and a willingness to own problems.
• The ability to work effectively with minimum supervision to produce quality products.
Desirable Skills
• Experience of working within the IPTV, interactive TV, Digital Asset Management or VOIP industry.
• Experience of XML and JavaScript.
• Experience of Flash.
Technical Skills
Preference will be given to candidates who have practical experience in one or more of the following
areas:
• HTML/XHTML
• CSS
• Adobe Photoshop or equivalent
• Adobe Illustrator or equivalent
