We’re expanding our ecommerce and web application development, so we’re looking for a developer who knows PHP and some front-end languages, and preferably has experience with osCommerce or Magento.

We’d like you to have:

An understanding of modern front-end desktop and mobile development, using HTML5 and CSS3 A good knowledge of PHP, with experience writing your own classes and functions preferable Some knowledge of MySQL or similar Some knowledge of JavaScript, for example jQuery plugins, but more is welcome An appreciation of the user experience and how programming revolves around the user, not the programmer

Not required, but would be nice:

Linux server experience An understanding of security threats and implications of what you write Experience with PHP frameworks such as Fuel or CodeIgniter Other languages such as Ruby or Java Experience in Objective-C for iOS User interface design experience Some knowledge of Photoshop or Fireworks
