The National Library of Wales Web Unit is looking for an enthusiastic and creative candidate to assist with website design and development for a diverse range of projects, and will be responsible for creating data-driven websites from initial concepts to final release.
The ideal candidate will have a keen design eye, an attention to detail, the ability to interpret and work to a strict brief (but who isn’t afraid of expressing new ideas), experience of interface development and design, along with solid experience of HTML, CSS, PHP, Photoshop and JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery.
Students expecting to graduate in June 2012 are encouraged to apply for this post. Interviews will be granted on confirmation of successful completion of degree.
Band 3: £18,949 – £24,862
Job Duration: Fixed term until 30 June 2013
Hours: 37 hours per week
