You’ll be working with (and learning from) the dynamic, friendly and forward-thinking
web development gurus in our R&D team. Your role will focus on making the BaseKit
product beautiful, functional and easy to use.

What skills do you require to become a BaseKit PHP developer?

• Minimum 3 year experience in commercial technical projects using PHP.
• Expert in PHP 5.3, with awareness of the newer versions of PHP
• Zend Framework 1 experience is essential.
• Experience with web service integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Experience in Test Driven Development / Unit Testing in PHP
• Doctrine 2 ORM, Symfony components, memcache knowledge is desirable.
• Must be able to write and understand scalable queries using MySQL.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Staying agile, working closely with a team to figure out the best way to get tasks completed.
• Ability to push the limits of web technology.
• And generally unleashing your inner geek.
