The Account Manager will be in charge of managing a company's relationships with your customers. You will be in charge of building long-term relationships with our customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is help our clients get their roles on Digital Profile and help them get the best out of the platform. You'll be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve setting up company profiles, adding opportunities, and social media marketing of opportunities.

Account Manager Job Duties:

Reaching out to companies that are recruiting Operates as the point of contact for customers Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion Communicates client needs and demands to employer company Forecasts and tracks client account metrics Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
