Working as a Service Designer, this new role will complement our existing activities within Design Policy and Service Design.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of targets for the User Factor project and other user centred design / service design projects, working with businesses to help to facilitate the understanding and use of a service-led design approach in the sector.
User Factor is a three-year project funded by the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme, aiming to strengthen innovation in small and medium businesses by supporting them to use design as a tool for user-centred and market-driven innovation.
