As a Front-End Web Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and assignments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the amber group websites, working with our marketing team to implement new features, interactive content, on brand design and content.

You will also be able to develop static frameworks, deliver API integrations and produce visual and functional designs for front-end delivery based on the creative visuals from our design team into working digital representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Turn visual designs into functional and user-friendly client-side applications using jQuery, HTML and CSS Responsible for producing, modifying and maintaining our websites Manage front-end site updates and ensure integrity of the current site content Create and manage new static site content Create email templates from visuals supplied by the Graphics team, and build marketing emails using industry standard layouts and HTML Support the teams in preparing digital images for online use Support cross-browser and platform compatibility testing of new developments Experience with using API Familiarity with PHP Improvements to help optimise conversion rates.

You Need to Be

A whiz at jQuery, HTML and CSS Experienced at working with a design team Experienced in building sites and user interface experience Passionate about maintaining a high standard A logical thinker, problem solver A self-starter Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of popular CMS like Wordpress, Shopify etc.
