The Role Project Manager Role

As we continue to grow we are looking for a Project Manager to join us here at our Cardiff Bay office who will work with the team of designers and developers, alongside our clients, to manage project requirements and timelines.

The ideal candidate will be highly impassioned and responsible for planning the team structure based on the agency’s resource available and outstanding at working as part of a team.

We are looking for individuals that thrive in the digital world, working within multi-disciplinary teams across design and development internally and collaborating with a range of clients.

The ideal candidate must understand the constraints of project delivery across scope, time and budget and will have applied this knowledge previously.

We Expect You To:

Be highly organised

Have a good tech understanding/fast learner

Communicate clearly and relationally, internally and externally

Be able to work under pressure when required and handle multiple moving targets

Your Skills and Experience, We're Looking For:

Excellent personal and communication skills

Be an outstanding team player with proven ability to lead and facilitate where necessary

Have a keen eye for detail and experience in using digital tools to manage projects

Ideal agency experience but not absolutely essential

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Helping the team stay on top of day-to-day organisation and timeline of projects and tasks

Defining/clarifying the scope of work for each project and communicating this clearly with the design and development teams

Running daily huddles and championing our scrum methodology to ensure projects are delivered excellently and within the set deadlines

Be the client’s direct point of contact for any work-in-progress, updating them on project progress and dealing with any issues that may arise

Responsible for explaining stages of work to our clients and following up with updates

Working alongside the Director of Product Delivery to implement changes, helping to improve our processes as we discover tools and practises that will help us to be recognised as one of the best providers in our industry and serve our clients with excellence
