We are looking for a brilliant and experienced Digital Product Designer to join our mission to change people’s lives with technology.

Start Date: Immediately.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.

Location: Big Lemon’s ‘home’ is in Wales, our HQ previously being Caerphilly, due to the unknowns of the current climate we are entirely a remote working set up, with the aim of looking into alternatives when the time is right.

Closing date: 23rd of August.

The stuff you need:

Desirables

  • Demonstrable UX and UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Broad understanding of UX and UI design principles for digital products.
  • Knowledge of design and critical thinking techniques.
  • Experience in creating prototype wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps based on the user's needs.
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Suite, Invision Studio, Figma, and/or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • We prioritise passion, culture fit and experience over formal education pathways.

Nice to have’s

  • An understanding of the development process for building digital products would be great, but not essential.
