We are extremely excited that we have a rare opportunity to join our digital team for a creative (UX/UI) Digital Designer!
Our Agency has been established for 15 years’ and has carved out an enviable portfolio of well-known brands in that time.
Our USP is in the creation of sophisticated well thought out, user friendly digital solutions to help our clients with complex lead generation, ecommerce and multi-platform integrations to web front ends alongside creative marketing automation programmes.
We now want to expand our creative services offering. Recent client wins mean that we have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking for their next career step to bring a fresh set of insights to user experience and creative story telling on large projects in the online auction vertical.
The successful candidate will also be involved at board level in driving forwards our agency brand footprint and marketing collateral as a key player within our young and ambitious digital marketing team. You will be working with our prestigious brands on website enhancements, marketing campaigns, digital and social advertising, email marketing, bespoke UX/UI campaigns, video and much more.

Skills and Experience
You will have excellent creative skill that are commercial and exciting. You have the ability to inspire and sell your creative vision in fit with the client requirements, and the reality of budget and deadlines.
You have a natural flare for user based creative solutions, using wireframes (Figma) and moodboards to ‘tell a story’ and deliver your concept to prove its usability and ability to deliver desired marketing outcomes.
You have the experience to take a brief and quickly pull together initial concepts and ideas for presentation and discussion. You are happy working with video media and codeless web tools such as WebFlow.
You will have a good understanding of the principles of influencing and enhancing user experience (UX, UI, Content and Key Call Out Copywriting) web site functionality, user interaction goals, core site architecture, simplification of user interfaces across all platforms and clean understandable navigation.
You will have your finger-on-the-pulse, and be excited by new developments within the industry and technology in general, you will be encourage to ‘get involved’.
You will have a thorough understanding of leveraging social media campaigns through creativity and messaging, and can evidence this in your portfolio.
You will be educated to Degree level (minimum), and ideally have 2-3 years industry experience in a creative digital UX/UI role and have a portfolio of work that can prove your passion for the industry and back up your experience.

Salary: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
