We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to support the Ecommerce & Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative individual, who is motivated by success, and innovation and has a passion for graphics and e-commerce trends. The role will span both Marketing & Ecommerce and is perfect for a creative individual who is not afraid of a challenge and will thrive in such an important role. Attention to detail is essential as well as multitasking and prioritising your workload.
Role & Responsibilities
E-newsletters
- Email marketing is a big part of the e-commerce journey, the right candidate will have knowledge of subject lines, CTS's, Call to Actions and be detailed and accurate in the information and links used in emails.
- Knowledge and experience of email work-flows is an advantage.
- Must have an eye for detail and a desire for consistency, whilst delivering excellent creative work.
- We currently use Klaviyo. Experience in this will be an advantage but isn't essential if you have used other email systems.
E-Commerce
- Using your creative skills you will assist the ecom team by creating banners, product images and graphics for landing pages.
- Working to launch deadlines and creating a set of creatives ready for the launch team to use.
- Photography skills are an advantage as images are needed of our products and the items they make, if you have not had experience training will be given.
- Images to be edited for the various formats needed (i.e white background, collections etc).
- Images to be compressed for optimum speed on our website.
- Working on Multiple websites in the UK and USA. Amending spelling and currency accordingly.
Experience an advantage in:
- Klaviyo or a similar email system.
- Adobe suite including Photoshop and illustrator.
- Dropbox - organising and collating creatives ready for other teams to use.
We need:
- Fluent English & excellent communication skills
- Portfolio of your work
- Relevant Design qualification or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of key Graphic Design principles; layout, colour, hierarchy, typography/fonts, imagery, etc.
- 3+ years experience.
- The ability to work on multiple projects to a firm timeline.
The right candidate will be reporting to their line manager and working closely with the Marketing Manager and ecom specialists within the company. Hours: 9-5, Monday to Friday. Holidays: 28 days PLUS national holidays. Salary. Dependent on experience and skills, Minimum of 3 years experience. Skilled Junior to Middleweight £22-25k
