At Rose-Innes Design + Insight, we design brands and services. We also design for web, social media and marketing as well as packaging, publishing and a range of printed materials and websites.

We are looking for a designer with 3 – 5 years experience for a senior position required for our busy creative design studio in Caerphilly and soon to be Cardiff office.

We need a creative person that…

• can generate creative, lateral thinking ideas

• knows how to take care of the details and able to push projects through

• is capable of handling a large range of clients and diverse projects

• can demonstrate strong layout design, good form and colour choices

• can design good brands and web sites (design not necessarily build)

• skilled at adobe suite and knows quick keys

• understands print and web

• sharp at punctuation and grammar

• nice friendly manner, positive mindset

• able to self manage and project manage

• understands people (if you think this is strange, this job isn’t for you!)

• understands ‘design thinking’ and ‘service design’
