Full-time Nicholls Online in Crickhowell

Our inspiring stores are set in the attractive towns of Abergavenny, Brecon and Crickhowell. We sell an exciting collection of British and European fashion and homeware brands many of which are featured on our website www.nichollscrickhowell.com.

We’re looking to increase our online presence, grow sales and move more technical activities to in-house operations.

You will have extensive experience of online merchandising & marketing – selling via online platforms and multi-channel marketing. HTML experience, SEO knowledge and project management would be greatly beneficial.

You will have the ability to manage a team and proven success of initiating and developing strong working relationships. As Website Manager you will be responsible for the management of www.nichollscrickhowell.com and all social media platforms. This includes content creation (to include SEO), managing the day-to-day order process and monitoring and tweaking of the website for optimum performance.

This role will require you to: ensure all promotional activity on the site and social media platforms are correct and up to date; manage a small team to ensure orders are met and dispatched quickly; ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained; help market Nicholls Online to help grow sales and increase visibility.

You will be required to liaise with our 3 stores when generating orders and to ensure store events are advertised online. Therefore knowledge of stock control or experience in the retail sector would be extremely beneficial.

In return for this you’ll receive a competitive salary of £16,500-£18,500 dependent on your experience plus a profit based bonus scheme, free parking and staff discount in all three of our beautiful stores.
