BNKR is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Multimedia Producer to join their content team. The content team are responsible for producing content for a hair and beauty brand which utilises multimedia across YouTube, blogs, on-site and across social media platforms.

Key skills and experience -

Ideally, the successful candidate will be an experienced content producer, with a proven knowledge of video production, graphic design and social media. The candidate needs to be familiar with content management systems, be aware of the latest digital trends and have a love for all thing hair and beauty. A keen interest in You Tube hair and beauty how-to’s will be highly beneficial.

This is a great opportunity to develop the brands multimedia content, producing engaging and compelling content of a consistently high quality that positively impacts the company’s bottom line. As such, you will also have the ability to create content which stands out from the crowd and present content in a unique and interesting way. You will also have a good understanding and working knowledge of visual communications and be naturally inclined to want to progress and improve upon your efforts.

As Multimedia Producer you will be highly creative, full of ideas for editorial, on-site and social content, take a pro-active approach to your work, and have the ability to develop exclusive content ideas.

The role requires communication and collaboration with various team members so the ability to build key relationships is a must.

You -

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Video editing skills (Final Cut Pro)

• A good level of knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Proven sound editorial judgment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• A true creative problem solver

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of You Tube and blogging trends

The role -

• Research and develop ideas for content and offer creative input across multiple projects

• Film, edit and publish video content

• Liaise with and manage our team of You Tubers

• Photograph, edit and publish product images

• Convert video content into still step-by-step guides

• Increase the page views, likes and shares of content by the quality of content delivered

• Contribute to and help with set-designs

• Produce a consistent and recognisable visual style across all multimedia
