In order to build on our existing client base and identify new business opportunities for Sanders, we are looking for a business development manager to secure and grow Sanders through a well thought out strategy through business development activities. Ensure that existing client relationships are exploited to their maximum potential while supplementing with a varied new client portfolio.

The job role includes the following:-

Skills

• At least 3 years experience of working in an agency in a business development role.
• Experience of web and branding and knowledge of Product Design & Development advantageous - Account management and project management experience.
• Experience of marketing a business and raising awareness through traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Motivated and driven
• Self-starter
• Persuasive without being pushy
• Experienced soft selling and building long-term client relationship, rather than short-term gain, one-off wins.
• A confident driven and self-motived individual
