Do you want to design for an innovative brand, working on digital design projects to improve user experience through excellent visual design? Then we have a role for you! As part of a team of internal digital designers you will work directly on a range of projects and tasks that reach millions of customers.


The role overview and responsibilities


  • Apply your knowledge and excellent design skills to complete a varied and wide range of projects and tasks. Examples include; design improvements to the responsive website, microsites, quote process improvements, campaign site design, BRIAN and the Herberts campaigns, display advertising suites, email banners, mobile apps and much more…
  • You will also have the opportunity to work directly with a wide range of stakeholders and product owners to manage various mid-level projects from initial brief to final delivery
  • Further to this you will use your skills to create assets and answer briefs to support team projects and business needs

Experience required

  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Flash knowledge would be an advantage
  • A good amount of related work experience – agency or client side (a minimum three years’ experience is preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of brand identity systems, typography, iconography, webpage design and user-focused design
  • Some experience in designing for a range of viewports and devices
  • Digitally focused but with some knowledge of print processes
  • Creative with commercial awareness, with an understanding of working with in a set of brand guidelines
  • A degree or other related qualification in design is preferred
