Middle-Weight Designer
CREO in Cardiff
Creo are looking for an experienced, highly creative and skilled middle-weight designer to join our team. Creo is a creative company based in Cardiff providing branding and digital solutions to a wide variety of organisations, including some lovely charities, local businesses and large multinational companies. You will be based at our gorgeous office (just a 15 minute walk from the city centre) with our small, but perfectly formed team of creatives, developers and projects managers.
Requirements:
- Creatively driven with the ability to see your designs through from concept to artwork
- Experience of creating and extending brand identity systems
- Experience of delivering and inputting on strategically led creative work
- Experience of working to and creating brand guidelines
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to meet and work with clients directly
- Contribute to the productivity and motivation of the studio
- Good communication skills and experience working with a variety of creative disciplines

- Great layout and typography skills
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills

Other experience and skills of interest but not essential for this role:
- UX / UI
- Understanding of responsive website design
- Experience with illustration
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- You know your way around a camera
What we offer:
- Salary - £20 - 25k pro rata (depending on experience)
