Full-time CR Design in Cardiff

If you are the person we’ve been looking for come and join us at CR Design. We are now recruiting for a Business Development Manager to aid the growth of sales and increase customer rapport.

Your role at CR • Identify and win new business opportunities, developing strong prospect relationships • Create and develop your own sales leads • Set up meetings • Close meetings with potential prospects via phone or face to face • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure that monthly sales and revenue goals are met. • Reactivate lost accounts • Open doors to potential clients and liaise closely with the Account Management team to identify and plan for upcoming requirements

What you will bring to CR • That unspeakable knack when it comes to building relationships • At least two/three years’ experience in generating new business under your belt • You can spot opportunities and translate them into sales opportunities • Achieve revenue targets • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Well-developed interpersonal and team work skills • Must be result oriented • Good analytical and organisational skills

Salary is negotiable with great commission. This role is full-time (37.5 hour per week) and open ended. We only accept vacancies directly from candidates (no recruiters please)
