Carrick Creative are an integrated digital and graphic design agency. We are looking for a talented team member to join us as we continue to expand our digital portfolio. The successful applicant will join our design and development team in creating innovative and bespoke products over a diverse range of projects.

We would prefer at least a year’s work experience and you will be expected to demonstrate experience of taking initial designs from brief through to creating the finished product. Knowledge of a CMS (ideally Concrete 5) as well as experience and understanding of ecommerce systems and video editing would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will also be competent in Creative Suite with high attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.

Skill set - A keen eye for design and attention to detail, experience with PHP and javascript, jQuery in particular, proficiency in working with HTML5, CSS3 and SCSS, experience in testing cross-browser compatibility, working knowledge of SEO best practices and methods, ability to use media queries to create fluid and responsive websites, experience with HTML Email campaigns, particularly MailChimp, ability to integrate bespoke web designs into a selected CMS

Desirable - Video editing skills, using After Effects, proficiency using object orientated PHP, experience with e-commerce platforms, experience using Concrete5 CMS, knowledge of marketing and brand management,
