Digital Project Manager (Web Design & Development)

Full-time Little Bigfoot in Cardiff

We are looking for a digital savvy and creative individual to join our team at Little Bigfoot in 2017. You’ll be working on a vast array of digital projects for our clients as well as for our in-house marketing and events. You’ll be working with a fun and outgoing team experienced in Marketing, PR and Events.

Job Description:

Propose, plan and manage a number of digital projects for an array of clients. Design and develop client websites using WordPress CMS.

Account manage a number of clients, including their web hosting, domains and email accounts.

Liaise and assist our Graphic Design team to ensure brand consistency across online and offline marketing.

Develop effective SEO, PPC campaigns and social media strategies for in-house marketing and a number of clients.

Enjoy a challenge, fix problems and find solutions.

Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, across web, social and creative design.

Work with the Sales and Marketing team to identify opportunities to increase relevant traffic and generate leads, enquiries and sales for the business.

Work with the PR team to create engaging content and relevant content. Evaluate client campaigns and projects and seek new opportunities to work with them.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a positive and forward-thinking individual, with a flare for creative design and and a passion for all things digital.

Someone who is familiar with building and customizing WordPress CMS websites and working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

An out-going, friendly and approachable person that has the ability to liaise with clients and translate digital marketing jargon into easy to understand ways.

Efficient with Microsoft office packages and have the ability to produce accurate and striking proposals and reports.

Knowledgeable of improving SEO and implementing Google Adwords PPC campaigns.

Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines and expectations.

A clear understanding of domain control, as well as setting up and managing web hosting packages.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working on digital projects (preferably with in an agency environment).

An understanding of HTML, CSS and UX design.

Experience across other multi-disciplines including copywriting, public relations, advertising and working at events would also be a great advantage.
