Client Manager

The Client Managers (Account/Office Manager) role is to provide outstanding client service to accounts, build excellent client relationships and setting the strategic vision for accounts to encourage new and repeat business.

As an Account/ Office Manager you will:

- Document and liaise with company director to determine allocation of briefs to the rest of the team.
- Ensure that all creative projects are completed on time and to budget as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Attend all production meetings on each project and document accordingly
- Overseeing the directors diaries and arrange meetings

To be considered for the role of Account/Office Manager, you will need to demonstrate:

Excellent administrative and project management skills
Excellent communication skills

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Day to day account handling
- Building client relationships
- Planning and strategy administration
- Development of new opportunities within existing accounts
- Producing proposal documentation as required

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;

- Experience within a Client Relations /Account manager role
- Digital and Social media experience
- Good writing skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good team player
