A unique opportunity for a talented developer to become a co-founder of an exciting new property tech business in Cardiff.

Opportunity The property industry is currently going through wholesale changes, providing a great opportunity to challenge the status quo.

@homehere will change the way customers interact with rental agents and deals are progressed, the concept has been validated with @homeheres target markets. @homehere is in the process of securing funding to build.

About me. I have over 5 years experience in the rental business and have started and sold a (non tech) business in the past. I am positive, get things done person who really enjoys improving things. Finding solutions to problems.

As a co-founder, your broad responsibility will be to oversee and develop the concept to the execution. You will need to have the expertise to build the product, complimenting my expertise to building the business.

I am not looking for an employee.

I am looking someone to join me on the entrepreneurial journey from the start, accepting the emotional and intellectual responsibility to convert the concept into a business and who commits to live through the challenges that will arise.

Experience

Experience of delivering commercial software Working within a team Managing a team Understanding the agile development process Excellent communication skills Highly organised, analytical thinker Experience of working within the property sector
